Our system is both CISP and VeriSign certified, which ensures that we meet the highest security standards to safeguard your sensitive personal data. All payment transactions done through our website are 128-bit encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard, to ensure your personal information is well protected. We will never request or transmit your bank account information by email, and we will never sell your personal information to other companies. What payment options does Pronto Payment offer?

Using Pronto Payment, you can make payment using your credit card, debit card or E-Check. What is an E-Check?

E-Check stands for electronic check. It's an electronic version of a paper check used to process payments online. Residents with a checking account can make payments on rent, maintenance/association fees, late fees, security deposits, parking and other property services using this feature. To do so, they simply provide our system with their checking account and routing numbers. Pronto Payment then debits the necessary funds directly from the resident's checking account. Is there a service fee to the property manager for using Pronto Payment?

No. Our service is free of charge for property managers. Costs are passed on to your residents. What types of properties can use the Pronto Payment service?

We can process rent payment and other related fees (such as maintenance/association fees, late fees, security deposits and parking) for all types of properties, including residential, commercial, industrial and multi-family. How long does it take for a payment to post into the bank account?

Payments made through the Pronto Payments website for credit cards and debit cards are settled within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Payments made through the Pronto Payments website for ACH (e-check) payments are sent to the recipients bank within 4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. How do I contact Pronto Payment?
