Using Pronto Payment, you can make payment using your credit card, debit card or E-Check. What is an E-Check?

E-Check stands for electronic check. It's an electronic version of a paper check used to process payments online. Residents with a checking account can make payments on rent, maintenance/association fees, late fees, security deposits, parking and other property services using this feature. To do so, they simply provide our system with their checking account and routing numbers. Pronto Payment then debits the necessary funds directly from the resident's checking account. Is there a charge for residents to use Pronto Payment?

Yes, there is a convenience fee that residents have to pay when making payments through our system. If a payment is processed using a credit card or debit card, the fee charged varies, depending on the amount of the transaction. Can I make payments on my condominium or Home Owners Association (HOA) fees through Pronto Payment?

Yes, as long as your HOA is registered with us. To do this, simply sign up for our services to begin enjoying all the benefits and convenience our system offers. What happens when a payment fails because of Non-Sufficient Funds (NFS)?

If Pronto Payment is not able to process a payment due to Non-Sufficient Funds, customers receive a notification of the failed transaction. Keep in mind that you will be charged a $35 Non-Sufficient Funds fee in the event of a failed NSF transaction. Your property manager may also charge you an NSF fee and/or a late fee for a failed transaction, depending on their policy. How do I contact Pronto Payment?
